About our Founder
Hi, I’m Drea Montali!
I started Dream Organization in 2017 to bring peace, simplicity, and function to people’s homes. After 15+ years in the fashion and home improvement industries — working with brands like lululemon, Reebok, and California Closets — I found my true passion in home organization.
Growing up in a small Queens apartment, space was always limited. Over the years, I learned how much of an impact a clutter-free, intentional space can have — from calming stress to saving time and money. Even something as small as matching hangers brought order to chaos and helped me feel grounded.
Now, almost seven years into this journey, here’s what I know for sure:
An organized home reduces stress and boosts focus.
It gives you more time for what you love.
It improves relationships and saves money.
When I’m not organizing, I’m with my husband (and business partner), Mike, playing tennis, traveling, diving into fashion and interior design, or hanging with our pup, Otis.
